"Solid mattress, just firmer than I expected"
I’ve been sleeping on the DreamCloud for a few weeks now, and overall it feels really well made. Solid. It definitely gives my back good support, but it’s firmer than I thought it would be. When I sleep on my side, I still notice some pressure in my shoulders. Ouch. It’s not awful or anything, just not the cozy feel I was hoping for. I think it might be a better fit for back sleepers than side sleepers like me

"The whole thing was way easier than..."
The whole thing was way easier than I expected. The delivery showed up without any hassle, and getting it set up took almost no time at all. I was kind of prepared for it to be a bigger process, but it ended up being super simple.

"Really comfy, umm, good support so far"
I’ve had my DreamCloud for a few weeks now, and umm, overall I’m really happy with it. It’s comfy without being too soft or too firm, and my back definitely feels better supported than it did with my old mattress. It did take me a couple nights to get used to it, but now I’m sleeping well. I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because the delivery was a bit slower than I expected.

"Support was helpful and got me through the..."
Support was helpful and got me through the return process, but the refund took sorta longer than I was hoping. Overall it worked out, just wish it had been a bit quicker.

"Literally started sagging so fast"
I was disappointed with this. It felt kind of cheap right away, and it literally started sagging way sooner than I expected. Definitely didn’t hold up like I hoped
